We keep cookies to a minimum: those necessary for core functions, for traffic analytics and for the live chat. We also use Google Ads marketing cookies, which measure advertising performance and support remarketing. They load only after you give consent in the “Marketing” category.

Conversation data is processed by Smartsupp s.r.o. (Czech Republic) under the Smartsupp privacy policy and the data processing agreement concluded with Debesis.
They help us understand how people use the site — which articles they read, where they came from, how long they stay. We look at the data in aggregate. Advertising cookies are described under “Marketing” below.

They measure which ads lead to an enquiry and let us show our ads to people who visited the site. They load only after consent in the “Marketing” category; without it, Google Tag Manager does not fire these tags.
